Meet the Whitlocks

The demo is pre-populated with the Whitlock family — an Adelaide household with a realistic spread of ages and health tracking needs. Getting familiar with them before you log in will make everything on screen click into place.

Sam, 41

Sam takes a daily Vitamin D supplement and monitors his blood pressure monthly. His readings trend a little higher during spring hay fever season when he's taking his antihistamine — something that only becomes visible once you have a year of data to look at. After a minor sports injury he was able to track his ibuprofen doses against the frequency limits without any guesswork. He logs in with Management access, which lets him view and edit all records.

Jessica, 39

Jessica is the most consistent member of the household when it comes to her daily supplement routine, and shares blood pressure monitoring with Sam. Like most people, life occasionally gets in the way — and the overdue alerts are what bring her back on track. Her account has Admin access — she manages the family settings and user permissions.

Oliver, 10

Oliver is growing fast. His weight and height are recorded quarterly so the family can watch the trend over time. When he picks up a winter bug — a couple of times a year — FamilyChart makes it straightforward to log his liquid paracetamol doses safely and confirm he hasn't exceeded the daily limit.

Margaret, 76

Margaret is Sam's mother. She manages Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol, which means three daily medications, blood glucose checks every two days, and weekly blood pressure readings. Having everything in one place — visible to the whole family — means nothing gets missed and there's always a clear picture of how she's going over time. Her account uses Read/Write access so she can log her own readings independently.

Emma, 15

Emma is Sam and Jessica's daughter. She manages her own seasonal hay fever with a daily antihistamine through spring, logged from her own self-service account — scoped to her own records only, so she can track her own medication without seeing the rest of the family's data. It's a good example of how FamilyChart supports independence for older kids and teens within a shared family account.

Login credentials

Four accounts are available — one for each adult, plus Emma's self-service account — each with a different permission level. Use the email and password below to log in, then enter the MFA code when prompted.

Good to know

• The demo environment is pre-populated with example family members, medications, and health records.
• Data is reset periodically — any changes you make will not persist indefinitely.
• No real patient data is present. All records are fictional and for evaluation purposes only.
• All four accounts share the same demo instance, so changes made by one login are visible to others (Emma's self-service account only sees her own records).
